Hysteroscopic Sugeries:
Hysteroscopic Myomectomy (submucous myomas) (fibroid inside the cavity of uterus), Hysteroscopic endometrial ablation ( for Abnormal uterine bleeding/ heavy menstrual bleeding).
3D Laparoscopic Surgery:
Provides depth perception while preserving tactile feedback, Improves hand-eye coordination, Provides precise spatial orientation,May help to reduce surgeon fatigue.
